I am using moodel 2.3.1, i have uploaded all the files on my server, i am using shared hosting, when i upload moodle files directly on my subdomain, 403 no permission to access error occurs, if i upload them in sub directory of sub domain, too many redirects error occurs, please give me a solution
There is not a lot of information here, but this strikes me as a permissions issue, are you sure you are uploading to the right place? You need to talk to your host for starters, make sure you are getting it right. The other point is that shared servers have very strict space allocations, and generally do not like large web sites. It may be that a dastabase is not being allowed to be copied becuase it is too large. Talk to your hosts first though.
