Dear all,

For my course I would like to create a form where participants can answer questions about their knowledge of a topic before they start a course.

Is it possible to make a form with these questions on Moodle, which they have to fill out and the answers will be send to the coordinators?

I truly hope that you can help me.

You could use a feedback module can be used. It can be set up to email the "teacher" each time someone posts to it.  It will also allow easy access to the information and even some statistical information, depending on the questions asked.  Information can be downloaded into Excel if needed.
