We have installed latest versions of apache,mysql, and php and moved moodle (1.9) site as it is. We followed help topic on Moodle Migration page. http://docs.moodle.org/23/en/Moodle_migration

OS-Solaris 11, PHP- 5.2.17, Apache -2.2.22 MySQL- 5.1.37,browser-IE 7

Moodle pages are NOT getting displayed. Please guide us. Your help required urgently.

mmm check the config.php file, make sure the current ip address is the one showing, same with the address to the moodledata folder as well. Also, in the address bar of your brwoser enter :

http://[your.moodle.address]/admin/replace.php

When the page shows, enter the old url and replace it with the new url. This allows you to automatically scan the database, and  moodledata folder to replace the old url string. It should be showing something then.
