Hey. I was hoping to get Turck MMCache installed on our windows 2k server. I am using easyphp.
I can download the files for Turck MMCache (php accelerator), but it says I need to compile them with visual studio which I don't have.
my php version is 4.3.3, can someone compile these files for me? Or does the computer it will be installed on need to compile them?

Turck MMCache development is on hold (for indefinately), but as it was released under GPL the development has continued under a different name(s). One of these new versions (forks in geek speak) is called eAccelerator. It's still in early stages so I wouldn't try it on a production server, but they have released Windows binaries that you could try out. More information at
