Hello,
We have a situation where users in a course has gotten max grades in a course where they are not supposed to. No teacher knows who has set them so I wonder if it's possible to get an activity log of grades in a specific course?
I see there is a table called mdl_grade_grades_history but I cant really filter by courseid. The table currently holds 30k rows.
Anyone got experience in this matter?
