Meta Link Enrolments - 2.3.3

Hi,

Has anyone noticed that the meta link between Parent and Child enrolments are not working since the 2.3.3?

I have checked site pages -> plugins -> enrolments -> Course Meta Links and made sure that everything was enabled.

Any ideas? has anyone else come across this?

I have investigated a bit further and Tutors get Meta Link enrolments into groups but not learners.
