Hello People,
We used Moodle version 1.9.16 (Build: 20120109), and we updated last week for the version 1.9.19+ (Build: 20120831), but after the update we had a few problems with the tool “Quiz”, when we configured to the student do only one alternative a button is appearing saying “Start Again”, always on the beginning of the quiz, and we can't disable it.
Does it happened with anyone eles ? Is this a bug of this version ?

Something has gone badly wrong with your permissions setup. It seems that somehow students have now got the mod/quiz:preview capability, and that is rearlly bad.
You need to check your role definitions, permission overrides and role assignemnts.
