I am currently having guest login issues where moodle reports - Invalid login, please try again.
I found a post that suggested setting the mnethostid to 0, other users have 3, but that didn't work.
I tried setting the guest user's password to a known password from another user and that didn't work.
Under - My home/ ► Site administration/ ► Plugins/ ► Enrolments/ ► Guest access
Require Guest Access Password is unchecked
Use Password Policy is unchecked
Show Hint is checked
Add instance to new courses is checked
Allow Guest Access is Yes and the check box is also checked
My home/ ► Site administration/ ► Plugins/ ► Enrolments/ ► Manage enrol plugins/ Guest access has the eye open.
Under My home/ ► Site administration/ ► Plugins/ ► Authentication/ ► Manage authentication Guest Login button is show
My home/ ► Site administration/ ► Server/ ► Cleanup
Log guest access is set.
Under My home/ ► Site administration/ ► Users/ ► Permissions/ ► User policies
Automatically login in as guest is checked
What else could be wrong here?
