Problems installing contributed plugins

Hi all,

I am having issues installing a number of contributed plugins face2face being one of them.

The files have been uploaded correctly using filezilla ftp and permissions checked to ensure they are correct.

Basically once the files have been uploaded, after logging out and back into the moodle site I can see the following under Site Adminidtration > Plugins > Plugins Overview

Yet in Site Administration > Plugins > Manage Activities, the location where I expect the plugins to be displayed they are not present.

Have tried the usual uninstall and re install but still the problem persists.

Please note we havent set up any caching on the database.

With debugging turned on the following is returned:

The modulename string appears in both files specified in the debug message.
Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks in anticipation...

Solution: This turned out to be a permissions issue on the file and folder structure of moodle, after adjusting the permissions the issue was resolved and we could install plug-ins and themes.
