I'm getting error during the installation phase of moodle.
I executed the step are indicated on install.html file.
In particular after the steps
# mysql -u root -p
> CREATE DATABASE moodle;
> GRANT SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE,CREATE,DROP,INDEX,ALTER ON moodle.*
TO moodleuser IDENTIFIED BY 'yourpassword';
# mysqladmin -p reload
and after the setting
SET PASSWORD FOR 'moodleuser'@ '%' = PASSWORD( '******' )
I'm in the same situation:
Response "We could not connect to the database you specified. Please check your database settings."
Please Does exist someone who coul help me?
