Site is misconfigured - Installation failure

I am installing Moodle  (the downloaded file was moodle-latest-14.zip) on a Windows 2k Server box running Apache2 and PHP4

There was no index.php file in the root directory - shoulde there have been ?

I ran index.php from the /admin directory which started the configuration script.
Database tables were reported as successfully created
However, the script skipped over the creation of the admin account.
Now I can't run index.php from the /admin directory
And I can't login - when I run the index.php from the /login directory I get a "No Site Found!" error message.

Where do I go from here ?

Solved it - don't know what the problem was but I dropped the tables that had been created, re-unzipped the distribution file and ran the install again. This time it ran to competion and the site is working fine.
