Hello
we are using Moodle 2.2.1 (Build: 20120109) and ajax chat. We host chat sessions of 20/25 people. Sometimes during chats a few of the participants (mostly tutors) do not appear with their photo/beep/write information on the right window pane. However, you can see what they write in the left window, and so you know they are present!. I have not been able to identify the cause, and I have not found anyone reporting a similar issue.
any insights?
