I have set up a parent role, but students are unable to see the link to assign a user as their parent. If you are Admin or a manager the link is there under profile settings as shown in the image below.
The students do not have the "Assign roles relative to this user".
I'm thinking its a permissions issue but cannot seem to resolve it. Any ideas.
