Windows 2000 server, IIS 5 and have version 1.18 of Moodle. Everything seemed to be working properly utill moodle was in the process of setting up the module tables. Actually the tables were created, but there is an error saying that

It looks like it is related to log file tables.
(mysql): INSERT INTO log_display VALUES ('assignment', 'add', 'assignment', 'name')
1146: Table 'database_name.log_display' doesn't exist
error
Has anyone had this problem or is this issue a concern?
