Moodle 2.1 - Admin role changes

Hi All

I've just started working with Moodle 2.1.  Is there any documentation about the changes to the Admin role in 2.1.  For example, as site admin I used to be able to set up courses including enrolling different types of users by selecting from the drop down box.  Now there are no roles listed.  Once I assign myself Course Creator I'm able to assign roles.

That sounds like a bug to me. Admins should be able to do anything. If it is not already in the Tracker, please report it.
