I've run into a problem with instructors being assigned to student role (after they've been assigned instructor). I've viewed activity reports for individual instructors, program coordinators, and also entire course activity reports, and all I can see are when the System Admin assigned the Instructor role and then when they had to go in and *unassign* the Student role.
