can you help me.
in main page of moodle lms, i click on buttom "add a new topic" at this picture
then i fill this form,you can see at the image2 file attached
in this form i add a new feather "Sms now"
when checked sms now option and click post to forum, it dosen't work.
when click post to forum wihch class is running that send content form?
i want confige this sms function on top class.
can you tell me, where and which files in moodle set this sms function for use
off course i use moodle lms local on my computer.
it is necessary for me .
