Remove Questionnaires from Grader Report?

Remove Questionnaires from Grader Report?

Hi,

I have a course with 10 Tests and also 10 Questionnaires (Evaluations)

I do not want the Questionnaires to show in the Grader Report View.

Is it possible just to display the Tests?

Also, Is it possible to only display the tests relevent to a user. Even though there are 10 tests, some userswill only take 2 or 3 of the tests, but in their Gradebook view they see all of the tests and Evaluations along the top section, can this be chnaged so they only see the tests relevent to their Group?

thanks

Hi David,
You can "clean" up the User report, but this will be a bit time consuming smile

What aggregation method do you use?  Here is one of the suggestions:

* Set the aggregation method for the Course Total to “Weighted mean of grades”
* Create 2 new categories.
* Put your hidden (Questionnaires) items in one of them and hide this Category.
* Put the rest of the items into the second category.
* Use the Weight interface and type 0 for your hidden category (and 1 for your “real” second category)
This way your students and you will always see the Course Total, which does not include any hidden grades.

Note: I do not have Questionnaires, so I do not know if hiding the grade in the gradebook would affect display of anything in the Questionnaire itself. Please test smile

As for showing only needed tests, its manual, since you need to hide them from individual  student view on-by-one.

Hi,

Thanks for the response. I created two categories in the User report and hid the Questionnaire section. This worked fine.

thanks for the help.
