Hey people! i am new in moodle community and i have a (little stupid) question.
I am using moodle 2.0 and i cannot find from where i enable users registration in moodle (not in the course).
Help please?
In Menu Site Administrator / Users / Accounts
You can see several options for registration users by example
Add a new user
Upload user

i dont want to add a user by myself.
i want them to have the choice of registration at the first-front page. It doesnt exist and i cannot find where can i add it...
It is possible to allow a user to sign up for a course without the teacher or admin having to be involved.
Go to Administration > Authentication > Manage authentication. Click on an icon looking like a closed eye next to Authentication by e-mail. The eye should open.
Scroll down that page and select authentication by e-mail from the first drop-down menu. the one next to Self registration. After that the new user will have the option of applying for a course and creating a course in Moodle.
