I want to delete student submissions from a quiz, however I do not want to delete the quiz or reset the course yet, as it is in the middle of the school year. Is there a way to do that?

I'm looking for an update to this. I have a course that has several modules each module has a quiz. I'm trying to set-up activity tracking and conditions. I'd like to wipe the slate clean (we're in a testing phase). I'm guessing that deleting all of the quiz data is the place to start. If anyone could point me to an materials covering this topic I'd appreciate the help.
Look for Course reset in the Course administration block.
