problems with creating folders and uploading files

Hello,

when I try to create folder the error I get is:

ERROR: Could not find or create a directory (/home/site198/htdocs/lcms/moodledata/1///ep1)

PHP is in safe mode (out of my control) but it seems that isn`t the problem.

Also, I can`t upload files but there is no eror report about that.

Part of config file:

$CFG->dataroot  = '/home/site198/htdocs/lcms/moodledata';

and folder is there but nothing.

Marko,

Are the directories you are trying to upload to have permissions of 777?

If not try changing them and give it a try.
