need a bit of help.

we need to change the port number on moodle to 8080 as our website (www.wgsb.org.uk) is using port 80 and will not allow moodle to run at the same time.

I found the config.php file and changed the adress to moodle.wgsb.org.uk:8080. and also change apache so its listening for port 8080, but we cant go any further than the home page of moodle, it comes up saying cannot find website?

is there any more changes that need to be done ???

Hello Joshua,

I send you a link of a page that has important information about these procedures:
http://docs.moodle.org/en/Moodle_migration

If you have already done all recommended steps, try to verify the information in table mdl_mnet_host. I once have problems with Moodle migration that were solved correcting the values in this table.

I hope this information may help you.
