I have created a moodle server on a Mac OS 10.3 computer. Is it possible to transfer a already existing moodle from another location to my moodle server. If so does anyone have instructions on how to do this.

The best way to proceed probably depends on how many courses you have. If you have just a few, running backup on the old server, downloading the backup files, uploading them to the new server and then restoring them works well.
You can also copy all the contents of the moodledata folder and the database tables to your new server.
