'send me details via email' Forgotten Password email address

When you click on the forgotten password button on the front page and put in your id info to have your password emailed to you, the system sends out the email with an administrator's email address.  Where in Moodle do you you set that admin email address?

Login as admin, click Server=>email in Administration block, enter the address you want in the Support email text box.
