I just setup a new sever with Moodle 1.4.1 (2004083101)
i then restored an old course and it showed up fine - but when i go back to the front page - it does not list any courses as existing (the course is not hidden and i am loggin in as an admin). Additionally, i can manually enter the url and see the course. If i try to manually add a new course with the same abbrev name it doesnt let me cause the other course is still there.
This is also happening with news posts on the front page.
ARRRGHHH .. .. . . help!
