Adding Other Fields to More Details Panel in User Registration

I am able to add new custom fields to the registration page, but they all get bundled into the Other Fields section of the registration.

I am curious as to why the More Details section contains a Country dropdown, but not one for State, Zip, etc...

What I am trying to do is:

1) Remove the Country dropdown
2) Add the following fields to the More Details sections Street, State, Zip, Phone

I'm sure I can do this by modifying the login/request.php file, but is there a module/solution that doesn't require me to modify the code?

Tony,

I don’t have any answers, just the same question.

How can I eliminate unwanted details and insert the required information, e.g. Address before Town/City then Post Code.

If you have found a solution to our problem I would appreciate some direction.
