Hi,

Do you know if it is possible to create role specific user profiles ? For example, I would like to have the teacher profile with a second email address field, but this field should not exist in the student profile. Likewise, I would like to add a "name for certificate" field, but only on the student profile.

I think that it will be tricky to develop.

Usually people are some generic "authenticated users" when they login to the installation, and they become "Instructors" or "Students" only  after they enter the level of the course.

Moodle profiles are system-wide, and authenticated users set them up before accesing courses, and before being "marked" as instructors/students.
