Does anyone know how to easily hide the 'Category total' row in the User Report?

I was able to do this by simply clicking on/closing the eye icon for each individual student, for each Category Total column, but this is way too tedious a task to do one by one.

I found I could hide it by clicking on/closing the eye in the 'Controls' row, for each Category Total column, and then re-opening the eye for the actual Category so the items can be seen, but this only works for students that have been graded in that category. If there are no values, it doesn't work.
