I have MOODLE 1.8 installed. When I enter a quiz I have a pop-up window with message:

"Not Found

The requested URL /mod/quiz/itestwin.html was not found on this server.
Apache Server at lms.auditory.ru Port 80"

What is it? Quiz works, students have passed it and there was no problem. Could it be problem with secure mode?

That is part of the check to see whether you have a popup blocker installed. The window should be closed automatically as soon at it is created, once the JavaScript has checked that it was not blocked.

That files does not exist - that is intentional - you have to specify a URL when creating a pop-up, and we just use a dummy one.

I wonder why the window is not automatically being closed. Are you getting any JavaScript Errors, and can anyone else reproduce this?
