When I view my answers to my M.C. questions in a lesson it has a "lesson id" in front of the mc answers.

Hi Steven, that sounds like section508 compliance (accessibility compliance) code that your browser is rendering visible.

What browser are you  using? It may not support the css code used to hide form label.

Are you using the latest version of lesson from 1.5 CVS?
