Is there a way to hide or disable the "save without submitting" button?  Students are given one ATTEMPT at a quiz, but they can save w/o submitting and look for answers before resuming the attempt.  We are on 1.9.1  Thanks for any help  ted

Just disabling save without submitting does not really achieve anything. The student can start the quiz, do some screen grabe before they type anything, close their browser, do their research, then go back in.

If you really want to prevent research, then the two most effective strategies are to set quite a short time-limit, and ask questions that test understanding, rather than memory.

Thanks.  I thought that would be the answer, but I needed to ask   ted
