There is any way to associate facetoface sessions to groups or to add a user to a session and then directly to a group ?

Not yet, but you're welcome to explore these ideas and share your prototype with us 
I, too, need to have face-to-face sessions associate with corresponding groups. How I imagine this would work is that there would be a dropdown menu in the session settings where you could select the group that this particular session is associated with. Students who then sign-up for the session will automatically be added to the associated group.
I have limited experience in modifying Moodle but I'm willing to try to add this functionality if no one has done it yet.
Would someone be able to point me in the right direction? Which files should I be looking at? What part of the code needs to be modified? Any help and/or advice on this would be most appreciated.
