I am new to Moodle and have a question about foreign language quizzes.
I would like to be able to create an essay question in Russian and have the students respond in Russian. Is there some kind of keyboard that the students can use that has Russian chars? (Like www.russnet.org)
The same students who are taking this Russian class may be also taking an English class so I don't want to set a global language preference to Russian for them.

I don't know about the keyboard but Moodle allows setting the language also at the course level (force interface language for a given course) without affecting global or session language setting.
I'm looking more for something that is similar to the DragMath editor for math - so that we can write questions in English or mixed English and Russian and students can type there answers on a russian keyboard. If we set the language for the course the entire thing will be forced into Russian and this is a beginners class.
