Not sure how to report this one in bugs... maybe someone can look at the site and tell me what you think.
- Have a weird message in header
- front page has not right or left side blocks
- login as admin to see tester1/tester1

O.K. I was a little dumb this morning... I am on vacation in the Adirondacks so I am not thinking fast......
I had to actually turn some blocks on the front page for theme to work.
Still have strange message at top of screen when logged in as admin.

I had the same problem with the blocks when I installed 1.4. Copied my theme into the directory, but the blocks didn't work.
I realized I had to turn editing on and add blocks to the front page.
Have you tried that?

that's what I ended up doing, but I didn't know what block the other admin had installed with the theme. I'll know if I guessed right when she gets back from vacation.
Shouldn't it have kept the blocks?
The text at the top is actually from cvs:/moodle/mod/wiki/TODO.txt ... I have no idea what would cause that except to guess it's something in your custom theme .... ?

It appeared with the Standard theme also.
