Missing admin in 1.4 development

Missing admin in 1.4 development

I just upgraded my test server with the latest code from CVS (2004080300) and once everything finished upgrading all the admin tools are missing.  The box still remains, just nothing in it.  Is there something that needs to be done to get them back?

Do a view source and/or check your web server error logs. There may have been an error which you can't see on the screen (this is quite common).
