a closed room -- how to enter?

I set up a room specifically for donors, no students allowed. How do I get the donors to even seen the room? I don't see a way as admin of my adding their names to the roster. How do they get in in the first place?

In the class, within the Administration Block, you can use the 'Students' link to add the donors.
