Hello,
I recently installed version 1.9.2 Build: 20081001. I am missing Paypal from my list of active authentication plugins. I have two other installations of the same version and the plugin is missing from those installations as well. I do see that paypal does exist in the 'enrol' folder.
What am I missing here?

Please disregard. I was clicking on User > Authentication versus Courses > Enrolments. I need a break!
