Course loses role assignments

Course loses role assignments

I am currently running moodle 1.9.2+ and am having problems with one course.

Every morning when I check the course, it has no one assigned to the teacher role. I am able to reassign the teacher role to the correct user, and everything works fine until the next morning when he is no longer listed as a teacher for the course. Any ideas?

Is this a metacourse? or has the teacher not logged in for a long time, and you have an enrolment duration set for your course?
