We just did an upgrade from version 1.6 to 1.9.2+ and all students and their grades disappeared from the grade book. In their place, the Administrators' and the Teacher's names are now listed. How do we get the students' names and their data back?

Sorry, we finally figured it out. It turns out that the default setting under Site Admin, Grades, General Settings, Graded Roles was set to show Administrators only. Once we changed that to show Students, all student names and data "reappeared".
