Internal Server Error in the middle of the install

Internal Server Error in the middle of the install

Hello:

I am doing a new install on your latest moodle download on a Linux platform server and everything seems to be fine until I hit a snag on the install. The database was found and assignments, etc were being built. After the page where workgroups were built, as I pressed the continue button an error page popped up with Internal server error 500. What does that mean?
Is it on my server's end or is it a communication error of some sort?

I've installed the 1.2.1 version before with no problems on a different server and expected a smooth install.

Thanks,
Andrew UY

It doesn't mean much I'm afraid. The best thing is to check the Apache error logs immediately after the error occurs - this will (hopefully) have a more useful error message.
