Does a record exist for d=9994 or did some unescaped characters get into it from khtml? I wonder this, because I noticed the percent symbols weren't being escaped when I was attempting to create a quiz in a postgres db the other day.
In the event it has something to do with konq/khtml I'm posting this with firefox instead
