Hi, has anyone successfully tested this report on 3.2? We find it really invaluable and will likely be upgrading in the summer.

We are in the process of testing this now. With Moodle 3.2, some of the automated tests fai at the moment. We should be fixing this in the next few weeks.

Hello Tim, is your Dates Report working well for Moodle 3.3.1? Awesome report! Thanks!

Hello Tim, question about the Dates Report categories. I see some of our classes in Moodle 3.2 show an "All" option to show dates for all activities and resources.
Other classes do not show an "All" option.
Any ideas why? Is the Dates Report choosing not to allow display of "All" if there are over a certain number of items? In the 2nd screenshot, there are a total of 19 items between 6 activity types.

Seems to be the max number of activities/resources that will still display "All" is 4.

Would the next release be able to support the new "remind me to grade by" date (gradingduedate) in the Assignment module?

Also, if admins could set which items with dates are visible in this report that would be an extra bonus! When all the options are presented, some my feel overwhelmed and/or think they _should_ use them all. There are some that we would just as well leave unused :7)

It should be possible to support that. I probably don't have time to implement that change, but for any developer looking at the code, it should be obvious what to do. If someone else can code it, I will merge the pull request.

I find the plugin great. It is saving a lot of time. Thank you for that.
In some activities you can add different dates for groups.
It is possible to add group support for this plugin?

Whats the latest for the plugin is it available for 3.3 and 3.4? I don't understand why this is not a part of Moodle Core.

Moodle 3.4 has similar functionality build into Moodle core (and probably therefore less hacky). The plugin probably works with Moodle 3.3, but I have not tested it properly yet.

    Hi Tim,

Where is this functionality on Moodle 3.4? I can't seem to find it despite all my searches. Basically, we just want to be able to update all assignment dates on one page, just like what this plugin does.

Tim, is there a plan of when this plugin will be updated as stable for Moodle 3.2 and 3.3?

    Hi Tim,

I'm with Trina. I can't see where the new core functionality adds the ability to change dates of multiple items on a single screen/location. I don't use the calendar and I every unit I need to change the expected dates and close dates for each item. The Dates "report" made it much more tolerable, but it seems to be gone from our Moodle since we updated to 3.4.1.

I have to agree with Brian, the most common functionality of the dates report is setting up a class that has been rolled over from a previous semester, so all of the dates will need to be changed. While this could technically be done from the calendar, the dates report operates as a list, while it might be more difficult to move assignments 6 months or a year in the future. I agree if you are trying to move an assignment from Tuesday to Thursday the calendar option is very good, but in general, I still see a use for this plugin.

Also Tim, it looks like someone has gone into Github and done a pull request to add the "remind me to grade by date" in Oct 2017.
