It would help to describe the provided functionality shortly, as well as expected audience - i.e. to clarify that this is really a tool for developers / theme designers and how it is supposed to be used. Additionally, should Simon Coggins be added as a contributor here? Leaving that up to you, I can't really judge how much was the Totara Element library code re-used.
