Thanks Céline for sharing this plugin. What caught my eye first was a bit unusual name of the plugin. Maybe you could come up with a shorter name that fits more naturally the UI both here and in Moodle itself (things like the lowercase at the start, quotes etc. make it look weird)
I am not quite sure I understand what you mean by it. As far as I can see, this tool's code has already the dependency declared. That's all what should be needed.
