In order to use this plugin you will need to install Cincopa Media Filter plugin and register at https://cincopa.com

Installation

1. Extract content of zip archive
2. Upload extracted folder to lib/editor/tinymce/plugins
3. Visit MOODLE as administrator
4. In Plugins > TinyMCE > General Settings add word cincopa in editor toolbar field to add button.
