Release 1.3 for Moodle 4.5 - Add ci config for Moodle 4.5 - Remove test to select language ru because the same is done before and in this test, it fails because of the list and the mouseout event that lets the menu disappear. - Add different handling of the TinyMCE menu clicks.

Default installation instructions for plugins of the type TinyMCE
- Make sure you have all the required versions.
- Download and unpack the module.
- Place the folder (eg "myeditor") in the "lib/editor/tiny/plugins" subdirectory.
- Visit http://yoursite.com/admin to finish the installation
