Changes to create the theme Halboo were made by Alain Bolli.
Features added :
- Added a dependency to bootstrapbase Moodle theme. We thus find all the features of Bootstrap (included in the Moodle 2.5 version).
- Added / modified styles as H2, style for exercises, heading, police, ...
- Added a customizable logo
- Added an Adsense optional zone before the footer
- Added a new area at the bottom of page to add blocks
- available in French and English

Point 2 is not a bug. It is a Moodle functionnality introduced in version 2.6. It's for increasing download speed of most pages. Only administrator has one more click to do, but for users it is faster.

Modifier les couleurs n'est pas si simple.
Il faut modifier la feuille de style core.css. Mais trouver le bon style à modifier n'est pas évident.
Je vous conseille d'utiliser les outils de développeur des navigateurs Chrome ou Firefox. Par exemple, dans Chrome, faites un clic droit sur un module dont vous voulez changer la couleur, puis "Procéder à l'inspection de l'élément". Cela affiche le code de la page et les styles utilisés. Vous pouvez alors tester des modifications de style. Une fois que vous aurez obtenu ce que vous voulez vous pourrez modifier le fichier core.css.

Halboo is my all time favorite theme to work with. Thank you for your previous support provided to me earlier to work with halboo theme upgrade from moodle 2.5 to 2.6.
We upgraded our moodle to 2.9+. In-order to use fullest features of moodle 2.9 we need an upgrade for halboo. Apart from decaf, halboo is one of the best theme to support Awesome Bar.
I request you to release new update for Moodle 2.9+

I have upgraded my Moodle to 2.9 and 2.9.1 and have lost the language menu completely. Tried Decaf or Clean themes, it appears again, moving back to Halboo, the language menu disappears. I appreciate if you have a look at this issue.

Is cours.bolli.fr still operational?
Is it planned to upgrade this to 3.0?

No, bolli.fr is no longer operational. Halboo theme will not be updated. I tried to deactivate the plugin in the plugin repository but didn't manage to do that. If someone is interested I still have the code on github.
