Marco - I tried installing this theme in Moodle 2.4 and 2.3 and it indicated that it installed OK but was not showing up in the list of themes to be selected. I need to look into what may be causing this behavior. Peace - Anthony

The reason the theme did not install was because $theme->hidefromselector was set to true. This will need to be changed to false before the plugin can be approved otherwise users will not see the theme listed in the selection list. Peace - Anthony
