This quiz report is for use with the STACK question type. Note, as of 2020 this plugin is not actively maintained. Sorry!

Instead, we have (a) statistics and analysis within the Moodle quiz, and (b) a "basic usage report" within the STACK plugin itself.  So, the need for this report is now significantly reduced.

    Chris - At Tim's request, I have made you the lead maintainer. When you get a chance, it would be good to see some documentation for this quiz report and a screenshot would be helpful as well so folks can visualize and see what the report looks like.
