Multi True false in one stem (question).
Brief: The MC question type as it exists in Moodle is not very ideal, since you can only configure questions which are not very well designed regarding best practices of MC questions.
Teachers can have more than one true/false question in same stem. this saves creating new questions for each stem. especially when it comes to an essay followed by many questions.

It worked well in Moodle 3. But after upgrading my Moodle to 4.0, I installed the new version of the plugin. It came across an error and said "Unidentified column category".
When I explored in the database, the category column is no longer present in the question database table. How can I solve it?
Regards,
Ps migration is supposed to happen only once.
With the previous version, migration procedure went well whenever I needed in courses. I don't understand 'Ps(happen only once)' in your reply.
My note was that you only migrate the MC questions to MTF once; you dont migrate them again and again as this will create the questions again and again (duplicates)
If you want to be early, you can download the latest from here: https://github.com/ethz-let/moodle-qtype_mtf
Unfortunately we have a problem with the question type after updating to Moodle 4.5.1. However, your github seems to have a more recent version than the one in the repository on moodle.org. Will this still be updated?
Best regards
Please appologize for the outdatet plugin version here. We will update the version here, too, but I can't tell you exactely when for now. In the meantime please get the plugin directly from github.
Best regards,
Antonia
